Design telecommunications data models and Customer 360 structures for SSC HR Solutions. Integrate BSS/OSS, billing, usage, and customer data while working remotely from Egypt.
विवरण
- Create telecommunications data models and Customer 360 structures that integrate customer, account, service, billing, and usage information
- Collaborate directly with telecommunications source systems and customer, billing, and usage records
- Develop logical and physical data models, database schemas, and source-to-target mappings from business requirements
- Define Customer 360 models connecting customer, account, subscriber, and service data across systems with identity rules, relationships, and historical tracking
आवश्यकताएँ
- Telecommunications domain experience is required
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with telecommunications BSS, OSS, or EDW data
- Proficiency in data modeling
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience creating source-to-target mappings
- Experience with customer identity concepts
- Experience designing Customer 360 solutions
- TM Forum SID or an equivalent standard is preferred
- Experience implementing a CDP platform is preferred
