Description

  • Lead SAP solution expertise for the agri-food industry.
  • Develop and refine offerings for process manufacturing challenges.
  • Track developments and business challenges across the agri-food sector.
  • Use feedback, assets and demonstrations to standardize and scale solution responses.
  • Guide technology monitoring and innovation across SAP S/4HANA, IBP, EWM, TM, Digital Manufacturing, BTP and AI.
  • Support proposal responses and ensure their functional content is sound.
  • Present solutions and prepare presales materials.
  • Oversee solution estimates and go-to-market activities.
  • Coordinate the handover from presales to delivery.
  • Manage presales relationships with software vendors and keep certifications current.
  • Bring together and lead delaware’s internal Food & Agri-Food community.
  • Partner with Industry Leads to turn business opportunities into cohesive proposals.
  • Share practices, lessons learned and solution innovations.
  • Work across Sales, Bid Management, Architecture, Delivery and delaware’s international teams.

Requirements

  • Bring established SAP expertise and experience in the agri-food sector.
  • Have substantial experience with complex presales, estimates and solution demonstrations.
  • Understand process manufacturing and batch management.
  • Know food quality and safety standards, including HACCP and IFS/BRC.
  • Understand traceability requirements and product recall processes.
  • Know regulatory labeling requirements and allergen management.
  • Understand planning and supply chain management.
  • Have experience working with large retail customers.
  • Be proficient in SAP S/4HANA for process manufacturing, including PP-PI, QM, batch management, Recipe Management, MM and SD, as well as industry-specific modules.
  • Be able to deliver demonstrations and prepare estimates.
  • Know how to structure functional offerings.
  • Bring strong presentation and teaching skills, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Work well with Industry Leads and cross-functional teams.
  • Be comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Have a senior-level expert profile.
