Senior Program Contract Manager (Virginia Remote)

Lead government IT contract delivery for Kreative Technologies from a remote Virginia-based role. Oversee client relationships, staffing, budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables, and compliance.

Description

  • Act as the main contact for the client's Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative
  • Direct all contract work and confirm that deliverables satisfy established requirements
  • Control the program budget, staffing plan, schedule, and allocation of resources
  • Evaluate performance against contract obligations, service levels, and quality benchmarks
  • Assess risks and issues and coordinate mitigation actions
  • Develop and deliver program status reports and leadership briefings
  • Assist with contract changes, option periods, and potential new work
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least 10 years of IT experience, including 5 or more years leading programs or contracts
  • Background managing federal government contracts and client relationships
  • Experience overseeing budgets, staffing, and multiple project teams
  • Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to senior leaders
  • Capacity to work independently in a remote setting
  • Comfort using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and printers
  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred
  • Experience delivering programs with Agile methods preferred
