Senior .NET Developer in São Paulo (Hybrid)

Senior .NET developer building C# solutions and enterprise integrations. Uses AI, Specification-Driven Development, and agile practices to deliver software in São Paulo.

Description

  • Contribute across the software development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation to testing, release, and ongoing support.
  • Take part in technical and business meetings, sharing ideas and proposing solutions.
  • Use agile methods and AI, including Specification-Driven Development (SDD), to turn requirements into architecture and code.
  • Build software with .NET and C#.
  • Create integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Use AI assistants and generative tools to write and refactor code, expand test coverage, and review code.
  • Support users and answer questions during user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain and support the solutions you develop.
  • Produce documentation, such as manuals and work procedures, using automation or AI assistance.
  • Help modernize processes and deliver value continuously.

Requirements

  • Degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in C#, MVC, and Angular.
  • Experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
  • Experience with JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Experience with MVC and Bootstrap.
  • Experience with Web API, web services, and WCF.
  • Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Experience with ORM-based persistence, especially Dapper.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Git/TFS and Azure DevOps.
  • Practical experience applying AI, including Specification-Driven Development (SDD), within an agile software lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, including solving complex problems.
  • Ability to teach and communicate technical concepts clearly, and to provide context to AI models.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication, professional conduct, and objectivity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent focus, initiative, organization, planning, and proactivity.
  • Commitment to work and ability to make effective, data-informed decisions.
