Senior Mobile CRO Manager

Lead experiments to improve NordVPN’s mobile funnels, paywalls, and conversion rates. Use A/B testing and user behavior analysis to guide cross-functional delivery at a privacy and security company.

Description

  • Manage experiments from idea intake and prioritization through launch, analysis, and documentation.
  • Coordinate analysts, developers, designers, researchers, copywriters, and QA.
  • Oversee experiment scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery schedules.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data on user behavior.
  • Develop and run data-informed hypotheses and A/B tests across mobile onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and checkout journeys.
  • Monitor mobile funnels, paywalls, and acquisition channels to surface actionable insights.
  • Continuously optimize based on established patterns and evolving business needs.
  • Interpret experiment data and explain the factors behind results.
  • Share experiment results, learnings, and next steps with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain a documented knowledge base of experiments.

Requirements

  • At least three years of hands-on A/B testing or experimentation experience, ideally with iOS or Android apps or mobile web.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering concurrent initiatives across functions.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
  • Adaptability and ownership in a fast-paced, iterative optimization environment.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing statistics, including sample sizes, statistical significance, and marketing funnels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with app development processes and release cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase, Figma, Jira, and Looker.
