Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Developer - Remote Connecticut

Senior Customer Experience Developer responsible for designing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for Pratt & Whitney, RTX’s aerospace and defense business. The role converts customer needs into CRM and Power Platform implementations.

Description

  • Design and document infrastructure and system specifications with architecture diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, wireframes, and related visual materials.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues involving system and environmental constraints.
  • Work with customers to identify, deploy, and support packaged and custom-built solutions.
  • Convert customer requirements into solution designs and implement them according to Digital Technology Standard Work.
  • Organize customer data into interactive diagrams and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or a related technical field plus 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development and configuration experience, or an advanced degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Experience with JavaScript, C#.NET, VB.NET, and/or ASP.NET.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, SQL, and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience managing DevOps and version-controlled solutions using tools such as Visual Studio, Jira, GitHub, and the CRM SDK.
  • Experience working with web APIs.
  • Experience managing ETL tools for data migration between environments, including SSIS or KingswaySoft.
  • Experience with Power BI or foundational knowledge of other data visualization solutions.
  • Capacity to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
  • Strong communication skills for aligning technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to organize customer data into interactive diagrams and reports.
