Requirements

Be based in Brazil
Have experience with Java 11 and 17 and Spring Boot 3

Demonstrate solid knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented programming, SOLID, KISS, DRY, and YAGNI principles
Have experience writing automated tests
Use Git confidently
Understand relational and/or non-relational databases
Have experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Have some experience with AI agents, tools, skills, and MCP
Understand AI fundamentals, including prompt engineering and agents
Know the fundamentals of SOLID and clean code
Understand event-driven architecture
Know MongoDB and PostgreSQL
Know Redis
