Description
- Contribute to projects that automate processes and deliver relevant information at the right time
- Help define processes and systems
- Collect and document requirements
- Conduct analysis and development independently or in collaboration with the team
- Implement and maintain ETL workflows
- Create high-quality technical deliverables aligned with business needs and solution requirements
- Work with marketing platforms and Customer Data Platforms
Requirements
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce MCE, Oracle Responsys, or Insider, and CDPs such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Oracle Unity, or mParticle
- Experience developing and maintaining data integration routines
- Experience analyzing data from multiple sources, transforming it, and producing new insights
- Experience with T-SQL programming and systems analysis
- Strong analytical approach
- Completed or in-progress undergraduate degree
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or in a comparable role
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience working with multiple database systems
- Experience building dashboards in Looker
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear, objective communication skills for presenting results
- Proactive approach and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Professional proficiency in technical English
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB experience is a plus
- CRM and retail knowledge or experience is a plus
