Description

  • Set the digital marketing technology strategy for commercial growth, customer engagement, demand generation, product marketing, and e-commerce across a global agriscience and crop protection business
  • Act as the principal technology partner for Commercial business processes and Digital teams
  • Own the roadmap, delivery, operations, governance, and ongoing improvement of digital marketing platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager and SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Lead IT product management for digital capabilities, including AEM sites, assets, and integrations with CRM, analytics, ERP, and legacy platforms
  • Work with Commercial stakeholders and development teams to deliver technology solutions that improve customer experiences, marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, content governance, data quality, and commercial results
  • Manage and prioritize digital product backlogs and roadmap enhancements with business stakeholders and development teams
  • Define and collect business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with relevant stakeholders
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release processes
  • Advance digital marketing technology roadmaps by tracking risks, issues, and dependencies and confirming that solutions deliver expected business outcomes
  • Track platform adoption and realized business value
  • Ensure solutions support business objectives, including OKRs and KPIs, and comply with enterprise technology standards established by the development team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, technology, or a related discipline is preferred; an appropriate combination of education and relevant professional experience may also qualify
  • Relevant product management, Agile, or Adobe certifications, such as CSPO, SAFe Product Owner, Agile Practitioner, AEM, or SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), are applicable
  • Experience in agriscience, crop protection, biologicals, seed, precision agriculture, agricultural retail, distribution, or related commercial fields
  • Understanding of customer journeys, user experience, and analytics
  • Five to eight years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, customer experience, or commercial technology solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work with business stakeholders to define outcomes, priorities, products, KPIs, OKRs, feature roadmaps, and prioritized requirements
  • Hands-on experience supporting digital marketing platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Manager and SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Understanding of commercial and marketing processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of B2B digital experiences or customer portals
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn the specific needs of the agriscience and crop protection industry; visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
