- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking AI adoption, usage, performance, cost, capacity, and business value
- Evaluate AI operations data and performance indicators, turning technical measures into practical recommendations
- Produce executive and operational reports for AI governance, optimization, investment planning, and strategy
- Track AI consumption, spending, utilization, capacity, and token usage across enterprise platforms
- Contribute to AI forecasting, budget planning, FinOps reporting, and capacity management
- Assess adoption behavior, usage trends, operational results, and platform effectiveness across AI technologies
- Create trend analysis and forecasts that reveal ways to increase adoption, utilization, and platform value
- Collect, prepare, and analyze data from enterprise systems and AI platforms for reporting and business decisions
- Conduct exploratory analysis to surface trends, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Maintain the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality of data behind dashboards, reports, and operating metrics
- Work with business, technology, finance, governance, and AI operations teams to establish reporting needs and share findings
- Refine reporting workflows, analytical approaches, dashboard usability, and visibility into AI operational outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, statistics, mathematics, business intelligence, or a related discipline
- At least two years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a related area
- Professional experience creating Power BI dashboards and visualizations for business or operational reporting
- Working knowledge of data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development
- Advanced SQL skills for extracting, transforming, analyzing, and reporting data
- Experience interpreting large datasets and converting findings into actionable business and operational insights
- Background delivering operational, financial, performance, or executive reports
- Ability to communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and business audiences
- Availability to work in the office three days each week
- Experience reporting on AI, Copilot, generative AI, or other enterprise AI platforms is preferred
- Knowledge of AI consumption metrics, token usage reporting, capacity management, forecasting, or FinOps is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, Databricks, or similar analytics platforms is preferred
- Python experience for data analysis, reporting, or automation is preferred
- Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience is preferred
