Description
- Assess customer acquisition funnels to find opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Use SQL to model and analyze data that supports sound business decisions.
- Build and improve dashboards that make business insights actionable.
- Work with business teams to develop hypotheses, plan tests, and find ways to improve ROI.
- Track digital marketing performance, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas that need attention.
- Turn analytical findings into practical recommendations for acquiring new customers.
Requirements
- Use SQL proficiently to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Have experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Apply strong analytical thinking to turn data into business insights and recommendations.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Structure analyses, develop hypotheses, and use data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing acquisition funnels and marketing performance metrics is an advantage.
- Experience using Claude Code or other AI tools for data analysis and analytical solution development is an advantage.
- Be available to work under a Brazilian CLT contract, eight hours per day plus a one-hour break, Monday through Friday.
