Description

  • Create integrations and tailored functionality for enterprise customers
  • Develop secure, high-performance PHP backend services
  • Extend React interfaces when product features require frontend work
  • Build and optimize secure, reliable, high-performance data import and export processes
  • Diagnose and resolve bottlenecks across application and database layers
  • Contribute to technical decomposition and estimates before implementation
  • Share ownership of API contracts
  • Review code and mentor mid-level developers
  • Act as a backend and database subject-matter resource
  • Work with the Tech Lead, QA, Platform, Core, and other SINGU teams

Requirements

  • At least five years of commercial PHP backend development experience with PHP 7.4 or later
  • Advanced PostgreSQL expertise, including query optimization, indexing, execution plans, and migrations involving large datasets
  • Demonstrated ability to design and maintain REST APIs
  • Practical experience with data import pipelines and external integrations, including idempotency, validation, error handling, and reprocessing
  • Working knowledge of React and the ability to deliver features across the stack
  • A strong commitment to secure coding, access control, and data protection
  • A strong focus on performance for high-volume operations
  • End-to-end ownership of solutions from technical design through production and support
  • Experience mentoring developers and carrying out substantive code reviews
  • Daily practical use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or ChatGPT
  • B2+ communicative English proficiency
  • Fluent Polish
  • Desirable experience includes Phalcon, PostgreSQL tuning, ERP or enterprise integrations, SSO, Docker, AWS, CI/CD, customization-heavy or multi-tenant B2B SaaS, test automation, and improvements to local development environments
