Description

Shape the technical approach for sales opportunities alongside Account Executives
Investigate customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business objectives, and success measures
Create and present demonstrations tailored to customer environments and use cases
Own technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements from initial scope through validation
Provide hands-on support for deployment, configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting during evaluations
Advise customers on logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, applications, and security scenarios
Present Coralogix architecture, differentiation, and business value to technical and executive stakeholders
Surface technical risks, resolve obstacles, and help customers reach confident technical decisions
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to channel field insight and strengthen sales execution

Requirements

At least five years of experience in a customer-facing technical discipline, including Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering
Hands-on strength in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and systems integration
Working knowledge of observability concepts such as logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring
Experience conducting technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams
Ability to engage executive stakeholders and connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
Practical experience with cloud-native systems, distributed architectures, containers, and modern infrastructure
Coding or scripting experience with Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or a comparable language
Strong communication, accountability, follow-through, and commercial judgment
Availability to work hybrid, including two to three days each week from the San Francisco office
Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized systems
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with OpenTelemetry
Experience with Prometheus
Experience with Docker
Experience with application performance monitoring and distributed tracing
Experience with log analytics and telemetry pipelines
Experience with SIEM or security monitoring
Experience with infrastructure monitoring
Experience with real user monitoring
Experience with Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation
Experience with continuous integration and delivery workflows
Experience with application instrumentation and debugging
