Descriere

  • Shape the technical approach for sales opportunities alongside Account Executives
  • Investigate customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business objectives, and success measures
  • Create and present demonstrations tailored to customer environments and use cases
  • Own technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements from initial scope through validation
  • Provide hands-on support for deployment, configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting during evaluations
  • Advise customers on logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, applications, and security scenarios
  • Present Coralogix architecture, differentiation, and business value to technical and executive stakeholders
  • Surface technical risks, resolve obstacles, and help customers reach confident technical decisions
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to channel field insight and strengthen sales execution

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in a customer-facing technical discipline, including Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering
  • Hands-on strength in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and systems integration
  • Working knowledge of observability concepts such as logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring
  • Experience conducting technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams
  • Ability to engage executive stakeholders and connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
  • Practical experience with cloud-native systems, distributed architectures, containers, and modern infrastructure
  • Coding or scripting experience with Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or a comparable language
  • Strong communication, accountability, follow-through, and commercial judgment
  • Availability to work hybrid, including two to three days each week from the San Francisco office
  • Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized systems
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with OpenTelemetry
  • Experience with Prometheus
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with application performance monitoring and distributed tracing
  • Experience with log analytics and telemetry pipelines
  • Experience with SIEM or security monitoring
  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring
