Senior Solutions Engineer at Coralogix - San Francisco Hybrid
Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept work for Coralogix’s observability and security platform. Support customer deployments, integrations, troubleshooting, and technical sales engagements from Coralogix’s San Francisco hybrid office.
Description
- Shape technical strategy for sales opportunities alongside Account Executives
- Investigate customer architecture, telemetry, operational challenges, business objectives, and success measures
- Create and present demonstrations tailored to customers’ real-world use cases
- Run technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements from initial scoping through validation
- Provide hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting support during evaluations
- Address use cases involving logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, applications, and security
- Communicate Coralogix’s architecture, differentiation, and value to both technical stakeholders and executives
- Surface technical risks, resolve obstacles, and help customers reach confident technical decisions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to share field insight and strengthen sales outcomes
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical position, such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering
- Demonstrate strong practical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and systems integration
- Understand observability concepts including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring
- Have led technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Communicate effectively with engineering, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams
- Engage executive stakeholders confidently and connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
- Have practical experience with cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure
- Program or script in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or a comparable language
- Show strong communication, accountability, follow-through, and commercial judgment
- Work from the San Francisco office 2–3 days per week under the hybrid work model
- Relevant experience may include Kubernetes and containerized environments, AWS, Azure, or GCP, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Docker, APM and distributed tracing, log analytics and telemetry pipelines, SIEM or security monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, RUM, Terraform, Helm, deployment automation, CI/CD workflows, and application instrumentation and debugging
