Description

Requirements

  • Production experience with React or Preact and modern JavaScript or TypeScript applications at scale.
  • Strong command of state management with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or comparable tools.
  • Ability to write modular, maintainable, well-tested code.
  • Skilled at testing and debugging complex frontend applications.
  • A strong interest in or experience with peer-to-peer technologies or distributed systems.
  • Comfort working with a remote, globally distributed team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Preferred: desktop application development experience with Electron, Tauri, or similar runtimes.
  • Preferred: familiarity with video and audio APIs, WebRTC, media streams, and real-time communication.
  • Preferred: demonstrated ability to improve UI performance, rendering, and memory use.
  • Preferred: experience building cross-platform apps for macOS, Windows, Linux, or similar platforms.
  • Bonus: open-source contributions, especially in peer-to-peer or decentralized technology.
