- Production experience with React or Preact and modern JavaScript or TypeScript applications at scale.
- Strong command of state management with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or comparable tools.
- Ability to write modular, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Skilled at testing and debugging complex frontend applications.
- A strong interest in or experience with peer-to-peer technologies or distributed systems.
- Comfort working with a remote, globally distributed team.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Preferred: desktop application development experience with Electron, Tauri, or similar runtimes.
- Preferred: familiarity with video and audio APIs, WebRTC, media streams, and real-time communication.
- Preferred: demonstrated ability to improve UI performance, rendering, and memory use.
- Preferred: experience building cross-platform apps for macOS, Windows, Linux, or similar platforms.
- Bonus: open-source contributions, especially in peer-to-peer or decentralized technology.
