Description

  • Create and maintain responsive, accessible interfaces with React and TypeScript
  • Translate product designs and specifications into working UI alongside designers and product managers
  • Polish visual details and usability to deliver consistent user experiences
  • Build reusable components and help establish coherent interface patterns
  • Connect front-end functionality to back-end services and REST APIs, handling loading, error, and empty states
  • Maintain quality through testing, debugging, and systematic troubleshooting
  • Improve performance and compatibility across browsers and devices
  • Apply security and privacy practices when working with user data
  • Partner with back-end engineering, QA, and product teams to deliver iterative enhancements

Requirements

  • English proficiency at approximately B2 level or higher, with strong written and spoken communication
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline
  • At least seven years of professional experience building web applications as a front-end engineer
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
  • Strong product judgment and design awareness for intuitive interfaces and UI/UX decisions
  • Understanding of component architecture and maintainable front-end development practices
  • Hands-on experience integrating APIs and REST services, including handling production edge cases
  • Knowledge of techniques for improving front-end performance
  • Familiarity with contemporary front-end tooling and workflows, including Vite and Webpack
  • Working knowledge of Git
  • High attention to detail, ownership, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Figma or comparable design tools is advantageous
  • Self-directed and motivated, with a record of taking ownership and delivering independently
  • Commercial awareness and comfort working in a fast-moving startup setting
