Remote Business Analyst - Agile and Salesforce
Support agile software delivery through requirements analysis, reporting, testing, and process improvement. Help enhance the systems serving CIEE’s nonprofit study-abroad and international exchange programs.
Description
- Contribute actively to Scrum-based agile teams
- Partner with engineering and stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Help convert roadmap initiatives into epics and user stories
- Support the creation and maintenance of clear business requirements
- Build reports, dashboards, and metrics that demonstrate results
- Collaborate with Product Managers on planning, refinement, and prioritization
- Test and document applications, systems, and services
- Find ways to improve efficiency and performance across technology, services, systems, and workflows
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill and present complex information to stakeholders at every level
- A naturally curious approach to understanding how systems and processes work, including where they fail
- Analytical thinking paired with effective problem-solving ability
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data
- At least two years of experience working with Salesforce
- Experience in international education or exchange programs is preferred
- Willingness to continue developing yourself, the client group, and the company
- Ability to uphold CIEE’s values of Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and Problem Solving
- Successful completion of background, reference, education, and employment checks as a condition of employment
