Remote Business Analyst - Agile and Salesforce

Descriere

  • Contribute actively to Scrum-based agile teams
  • Partner with engineering and stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Help convert roadmap initiatives into epics and user stories
  • Support the creation and maintenance of clear business requirements
  • Build reports, dashboards, and metrics that demonstrate results
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on planning, refinement, and prioritization
  • Test and document applications, systems, and services
  • Find ways to improve efficiency and performance across technology, services, systems, and workflows

Cerințe

  • At least three years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill and present complex information to stakeholders at every level
  • A naturally curious approach to understanding how systems and processes work, including where they fail
  • Analytical thinking paired with effective problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data
  • At least two years of experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience in international education or exchange programs is preferred
  • Willingness to continue developing yourself, the client group, and the company
  • Ability to uphold CIEE’s values of Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, and Problem Solving
  • Successful completion of background, reference, education, and employment checks as a condition of employment
