Build dealership partnerships and grow auto finance business across California. Structure subprime deals, generate applications, and earn uncapped commissions through field sales.
Descriere
- Expand a sales territory by signing dealerships and increasing applications from existing partners.
- Build dealer relationships and serve as the primary contact for partner accounts.
- Collaborate with dealers and underwriting to restructure deals to fit company programs.
- Develop new business through cold calls, referrals, directories, and in-person visits.
- Educate dealers on finance products, credit quality, stability, stipulations, and the company portal.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining a performing portfolio.
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
Cerințe
- At least 2 years of experience in auto lending, auto finance, or automotive sales.
- Subprime experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of auto lending underwriting.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Well organized, detail oriented, and capable of solving problems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Experience with independent or franchise dealerships, outside sales, or a proven record in a demanding, results driven sales role is preferred.
- Available for approximately 75% daily travel.
- Valid California driver's license.
