Senior Financial Analyst, Deal Desk & Strategic Finance — Liftoff Mobile (Hybrid)

Lead revenue adjustments and customer incentive analysis for Liftoff Mobile’s AI-powered mobile app marketing platform. Build financial models and KPI reporting that support strategic business decisions.

Description

  • Manage complex financial files covering customer incentive programs and related revenue adjustments
  • Develop customer incentives with the go-to-market organization to generate incremental revenue
  • Prepare quarterly reviews of incentive performance, accretive revenue, and future Deal Desk strategy
  • Assess strategic initiatives and inform senior leadership decisions through financial modeling
  • Respond to data requests for high-impact initiatives and explain business composition and operational drivers
  • Monitor customer incentive revenue adjustments and forecast adjusted revenue
  • Collaborate with Accounting during monthly and quarterly close to accurately record revenue adjustments and incentive effects
  • Maintain the primary KPI file for Board meetings, strategic planning, and business reviews
  • Collaborate across sales, accounting, analytics, corporate FP&A, and other teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field
  • At least 5 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience
  • Experience in corporate development, accounting, investment banking, strategy, a finance development program, Deal Desk, or consulting is a plus
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, with strong financial modeling and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex files while improving their efficiency and usability
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and competing stakeholder priorities
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial statements, with valuation experience a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sound business judgment and eagerness to understand the underlying business
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate it clearly through data visualization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Looker, or similar data visualization tools
  • Availability to work during Pacific Time
  • Residence in an approved state where Liftoff has an entity
