Senior Endpoint Engineer – Intune and MECM (Hybrid)

Senior endpoint engineer responsible for Intune, MECM, Windows, and Jamf across US Fertility’s fertility-care network. The role focuses on endpoint modernization, patch compliance, automation, and advanced technical support.

Description

  • Engineer and manage enterprise endpoints
  • Own MECM/SCCM and Intune operations across more than 4,000 endpoints
  • Administer Jamf for approximately 100 Mac devices and iPads
  • Design, build, and maintain Windows imaging workflows and task sequences
  • Deploy and optimize Windows Autopilot
  • Configure and manage kiosk-mode devices
  • Package, test, and deploy enterprise software
  • Advance Intune adoption and the co-management strategy
  • Create proactive hardware and software lifecycle processes
  • Manage Windows patching through MECM and Intune
  • Strengthen compliance reporting and remediation workflows
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and other applicable regulations
  • Keep Mac devices current through Jamf
  • Automate inefficient processes with PowerShell and modern endpoint tools
  • Increase deployment consistency and reliability
  • Reduce task-sequence failures and patching exceptions
  • Diagnose complex issues across MECM, Intune, and Group Policy
  • Analyze client, task-sequence, and Windows event logs in detail
  • Resolve co-management conflicts and deployment failures
  • Act as the escalation point for advanced endpoint issues
  • Document build standards, procedures, and configurations
  • Guide team members on endpoint procedures
  • Train colleagues on standard maintenance and deployment tasks

Requirements

  • At least five years of enterprise endpoint management experience
  • At least five years of experience building and maintaining Windows imaging task sequences
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting co-management
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot
  • Experience with Active Directory Group Policy (GPO)
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
  • Experience designing and maintaining automated patch-management processes
  • Proven ability to use logs for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Experience supporting endpoints in regulated environments
  • Ability to execute technical projects independently
  • Ability to lift more than 30 pounds
  • Experience administering Jamf
  • Experience migrating workloads from MECM to Intune
  • Experience with conditional access and compliance policies
  • Experience creating compliance reports and metrics
