Description
- Gather and document client needs by analyzing their functions and processes
- Design test plans and environments for functional developments, then oversee their execution
- Review and approve developments with clients, and configure the application’s relevant modules
- Coordinate data-loading procedures and validate the final model with the client
- Train users and support successful module launches
- Serve as the client’s point of contact for implementing modules in your area of expertise
- Identify potential risks and report them to the project manager
- Help improve processes for development, testing, and project management
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central functional consultant
- Higher education in computer science or technical engineering
- Experience with end-to-end implementations or involvement in every project phase
