Senior Data Scientist
Lead the development of scalable web applications at Brillio, guiding front-end architecture, backend APIs, cloud deployments, and engineering teams.
Description
- Lead the design and development of scalable, responsive web applications
- Own front-end architecture, reusable component libraries, and enterprise UI standards
- Build user interfaces with React, Angular, Next.js, or similar frameworks
- Design and implement backend services and APIs using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python
- Mentor development teams on architecture, coding practices, and technical decisions
- Work with product owners, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams
- Promote engineering quality through code reviews, standards, and quality governance
- Lead cloud-native deployments with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
Requirements
- Bring at least 8 years of software engineering experience, specializing in front-end development and technical leadership; AI-assisted engineering experience is preferred
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Understand responsive design principles
- Know accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines
- Apply front-end performance profiling and optimization techniques
- Have backend development expertise in Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python
- Develop APIs using REST and GraphQL
- Bring cloud platform experience, preferably with Azure; AWS or Google Cloud experience is also acceptable
- Configure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Work with SQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
- Work with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB, MongoDB, and DynamoDB
