Senior CRO Manager, Mobile Experimentation

Lead NordVPN’s mobile testing program, guiding experiments from idea through analysis. Improve onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and checkout using user insights and conversion data.

Description

  • Lead experiments from idea selection and prioritization through launch, analysis, and documentation.
  • Bring analysts, developers, designers, researchers, copywriters, and QA together to deliver experiments.
  • Plan initiatives by managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery schedules.
  • Study user behavior using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Develop and run data-led hypotheses and A/B tests for mobile onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and checkout.
  • Monitor mobile funnels, paywalls, and acquisition channels to find actionable insights.
  • Improve conversion, billings, retention, refunds, user experience, and related metrics.
  • Analyze experiment data and explain the factors behind the results.
  • Share results, learnings, and next steps with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Keep the experimentation knowledge base documented and up to date.

Requirements

  • At least three years of hands-on A/B testing and experimentation experience, ideally with iOS or Android apps or mobile web.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering several concurrent initiatives across teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and Confluence is an advantage.
  • Adaptability and ownership in a fast-moving, iterative optimization process.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing statistics, including sample sizes, statistical significance, and marketing funnels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with app development processes and release cycles.
  • Practical experience with Firebase, Figma, Jira, and Looker.
