- Lead experiments from idea selection and prioritization through launch, analysis, and documentation.

- Study user behavior using qualitative and quantitative data.

आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of hands-on A/B testing and experimentation experience, ideally with iOS or Android apps or mobile web.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering several concurrent initiatives across teams.
- Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and Confluence is an advantage.
- Adaptability and ownership in a fast-moving, iterative optimization process.
- Knowledge of A/B testing statistics, including sample sizes, statistical significance, and marketing funnels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with app development processes and release cycles.
- Practical experience with Firebase, Figma, Jira, and Looker.
