Description
- Lead the creative direction for campaigns, platforms, and content by translating insights and business objectives into strong concepts and multi-format creative territories.
- Review and approve concepts, narratives, campaigns, scripts, and visual assets to maintain alignment across strategy, creative thinking, and execution.
- Present and champion creative proposals with clients, acting as a strategic creative partner.
- Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities.
- Engage from the earliest project stages and challenge briefs when needed to ensure every deliverable addresses a clear strategic need.
Requirements
- Degree or professional background in Marketing or Communications.
- At least four years of experience in digital advertising agencies.
- Experience with corporate-focused projects is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating completed work.
- Intermediate English proficiency, subject to evaluation.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
- Creative leadership.
- Communication and storytelling skills.
- Awareness of digital culture and trends.
