Description

  • Build and deploy microservices that process and analyze large datasets across distributed environments.
  • Design systems for high availability, low latency, and scalability.
  • Contribute within a collaborative team using Scrum.
  • Work with product owners, architects, and software engineers across countries to solve complex problems.
  • Help shape technical decisions and strategy in support of the product’s long-term direction.
  • Contribute to product design, architecture, and code refactoring.
  • Review code contributed by other engineers.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

  • Bring at least eight years of hands-on Java development experience; Spring Framework experience is an advantage.
  • Have hands-on experience building cloud microservices with native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker, preferably on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Use AI tools effectively to improve development speed and quality.
  • Have experience designing and implementing large distributed systems with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
  • Bring experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Have experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • Bring Elasticsearch experience; this is an advantage.
  • Understand testing approaches that support code quality, reliability, and scalability in production.
  • Have familiarity with running AI/ML workloads; this is an advantage.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Bring a naturally curious mindset.
