Description
- Advance Svenska Spel’s AI capabilities for employees
- Set the direction for shared AI tools, integrations, assistants, agents, and automation
- Evaluate and lead decisions on AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Gemini Enterprise
- Build the roadmap and priorities for AI across the digital workplace
- Initiate and define requirements for integrations, AI assistants, process agents, and automation
- Translate user needs into technical improvements and new capabilities
- Monitor adoption, quality, and user experience
- Create guides, training materials, and demonstrations
- Communicate launches, changes, and new opportunities
- Collaborate with IT Workplace, HR Tech, security, legal, architecture, procurement, suppliers, and business teams
- Manage change and prioritize AI initiatives
Requirements
- Experience with digital workplaces and endpoint management in a large organization
- Experience implementing or developing generative AI tools, assistants, skills, agents, or automation
- Experience with platforms such as Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Atlassian, ChatGPT Enterprise, or comparable products
- Experience with MCP and connecting platforms to varied data sources and connectors
- Experience making technical decisions, defining requirements, developing roadmaps, and working with vendors
- Strong understanding of information security, data protection, and responsible AI
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- A relevant academic qualification in IT, informatics, systems science, or a related field is advantageous
- Equivalent professional experience is accepted as relevant expertise
- Experience with agent platforms, workflow automation, API integrations, IAM, or low-code/no-code solutions is advantageous
