Description

  • Manage client relationships through CEO and executive steering committee level
  • Lead weekly reviews, monthly value reviews against agreed baselines, and quarterly business reviews
  • Deliver a fast, fixed-scope initial result using real client data
  • Guide each rollout from leadership adoption through wider-team adoption, sign-off, and handover
  • Configure the platform, build automations and agents, and prototype with real client data
  • Define deeper platform work and direct remote engineers
  • Deliver measurable business results against a client-confirmed kickoff baseline
  • Manage two to three concurrent client engagements as deployments mature and stabilise
  • Refine and document the deployment method after each engagement

Requirements

  • Work remotely from anywhere in EMEA and travel to client sites regularly, around 30–60% of the time
  • Bring 7–10 years’ experience as a senior individual contributor, either at Engagement Manager level in a top-tier strategy firm or as an in-house transformation operator who has personally run deployments
  • Show a record of owning tangible outcomes, such as moving a P&L or delivering a transformation end to end
  • Explain a specific result, how it was measured against a baseline, and who at the client approved it
  • Build AI agents, automations, and data workflows hands-on, and prototype using real data
  • Establish credibility with mid-market CEOs and leadership teams
  • Build trust across an organisation quickly
  • Work effectively with incomplete information, changing requirements, and no established playbook

Benefits

  • Competitive base pay calibrated to market and seniority, plus a performance bonus tied to delivered outcomes
  • Real decision-making authority and, where granted, an interim executive mandate within the client organisation
  • Remote work within EMEA, with on-site client work during active deployments, around 30–60% of the time
  • Opportunity to increase the role’s impact as the platform grows stronger
