Description

  • Submit an existing software repository for an initial licensing value assessment
  • Have the codebase evaluated against applicable acceptance criteria
  • Explore licensing opportunities if the repository qualifies
  • Review the estimated value before deciding whether to proceed
  • Receive compensation under agreed licensing terms if a transaction is completed
  • Participate as a software developer, tech founder, engineering team, or code owner rather than through a traditional development engagement

Requirements

  • Have software development experience or own an existing software product, application, or repository
  • Hold full ownership or legal rights to license the submitted source code
  • Have access to original code repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software
  • Ensure the code contains no third-party material you are not permitted to sublicense
