Build and deliver full-stack, AI-powered products at Board Intelligence, helping improve board effectiveness. Own enterprise solutions from client discovery and system design through scalable delivery.
Description
- Design, build, and ship full-stack capabilities for new and existing AI-powered products
- Partner with clients and product colleagues to understand needs and shape solutions
- Lead the technical design of complex components and make scalable architecture decisions
- Use AI development tools such as Claude Code while maintaining strong engineering standards
- Balance delivery speed with security, reliability, and enterprise data protection
- Strengthen engineering practices through code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Take ownership from client discovery and system design through final delivery
Requirements
- Professional software engineering experience at upper-mid to senior level
- Full-stack development experience and the flexibility to work across the technology stack
- Strong TypeScript skills
- Experience with a backend language such as Java or C#
- System design experience, ideally including architectural ownership of a complex system
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code
- Experience translating client needs into thoughtfully designed solutions
- A track record of owning technical problems through to completion
- Understanding of the needs of enterprise customers
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Production experience developing LLM-powered features is desirable
- Experience building software for enterprise customers, preferably in regulated industries, is desirable
