Description

  • Build autonomous inbox agents that respond to incoming tickets.
  • Create agent templates for customers.
  • Design compliant handoffs between agents and people.
  • Develop harness engineering for more than 100 tools, including system prompts and skills.
  • Improve knowledge-base search and build AI learning mechanisms.
  • Develop voice agents using LiveKit.
  • Choose suitable LLMs for different tasks.
  • Reduce latency with caching and streaming.
  • Build robust retries to handle provider outages.
  • Keep context compact and optimize RAG search.
  • Track usage across providers, reduce costs, and evaluate improvements.
  • Contribute to Hausverwalter.ai’s agentic platform for property management companies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German.
  • More than two years of experience building production agents.
  • AI-native, with agentic features shipped for real users.
  • Strong perspectives on retrieval, evaluations, tool design, and the limits of current frontier models.
  • A hands-on builder who can quickly release an early version.
  • Keep up with new AI models and research.
  • Write nearly all code with AI.
  • Work autonomously and take full ownership.
  • Perform well under pressure.
  • Learn quickly and bring a generalist mindset.
  • Be willing to work with TypeScript, Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, the Vercel AI SDK, and Convex Agent Component.
