Description

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for company services in line with SRE Governance standards
  • Build, test, and deploy infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools, primarily Terraform
  • Create Python, Go, or Bash scripts and tools to automate recurring operational work
  • Configure Datadog dashboards, alerts, and logs for new and existing services based on defined SLOs
  • Lead execution of SRE initiatives within a managed-services model
  • Implement new standards and work alongside developing SREs to transfer knowledge through hands-on practice

Requirements

  • Strong practical experience with Google Cloud Platform, including GKE, IAM, GCE, and Cloud SQL
  • Hands-on Amazon Web Services experience is highly desirable
  • Advanced hands-on experience writing Terraform configurations and deploying resources
  • Experience with Ansible or a similar configuration-management tool is a plus
  • Ability to write reliable, functional Python or Go scripts for automation and API interaction
  • Good command of Bash for Linux operations and scripting
  • Solid experience managing Kubernetes applications, including deployments, services, ingresses, ConfigMaps, and Secrets
  • Experience creating and managing Docker container images
  • Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines
  • Hands-on experience configuring monitoring, dashboards, and alerts in Datadog, preferably, or Prometheus/Grafana and similar tools
  • Understanding of logs, metrics, and traces
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently on well-defined tasks
