Cyber Security

Description

  • Respond to information security incidents and provide ongoing operational support
  • Contain, escalate, investigate, and recover from security incidents
  • Create, maintain, and enhance incident response runbooks and procedures
  • Work with MDR and SOC teams to investigate, contain, and resolve incidents
  • Document investigations, perform root-cause analysis, and support post-incident reviews
  • Track incidents, response actions, escalations, and remediation work
  • Support ISO 27001 information security management and compliance programs
  • Contribute to PDPL compliance efforts, control assessments, and related documentation
  • Support information classification, handling standards, records management, and governance processes
  • Coordinate internal and external security audits and provide supporting evidence
  • Maintain security risk registers and track mitigation and remediation actions
  • Produce monthly security metrics, dashboards, and management reports
  • Support recurring security and governance reviews, including Y1.2 assessments
  • Administer and support BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management
  • Review privileged access, control measures, approvals, and governance requirements
  • Coordinate security initiatives across governance, compliance, IT, security, and business stakeholders
  • Support security control assessments, compliance reviews, and remediation tracking
  • Maintain security policies, procedures, records, evidence, and governance documentation
  • Identify improvements to security operations, incident readiness, information governance, and compliance processes

Requirements

  • At least five years of professional experience in IT security, information security, cybersecurity, security governance, or compliance
  • At least three years of hands-on experience in incident response and security operations
  • At least two years of experience with ISO 27001, PDPL compliance, or comparable information security regulatory frameworks
  • At least two years of experience in information governance, including classification and records management
  • Strong knowledge of incident response, including containment, escalation, investigation, and recovery
  • Experience creating and maintaining incident response runbooks and operational procedures
  • Experience collaborating with SOC teams, MDR providers, or managed security service providers
  • Hands-on experience administering BeyondTrust PAM
  • Strong knowledge of privileged access management, access governance, and security controls
  • Experience maintaining security risk registers and supporting risk assessments and remediation
  • Experience preparing security metrics, management reports, audit evidence, and compliance documentation
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, information security governance, risk management, and audit practices
  • Practical understanding of PDPL requirements and information governance principles
  • Strong coordination skills across security, governance, compliance, IT, and business teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple security and compliance priorities
