SAP TM Architect Consultant – Poland Remote
Design and implement SAP Transportation Management solutions for Talan’s consulting clients. Lead integrations, testing, support, and process improvements across transportation operations.
Description
- Lead SAP TM solution design, configuration, and implementation based on business needs and established best practices
- Analyze business processes and convert requirements into functional specifications and system designs
- Advise on freight order management, freight settlement, charge management, transportation planning, and optimization
- Work with technical teams on custom development, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, EWM, EM, and GTS integrations, and data migration
- Execute system testing and assist with user acceptance testing
- Train end users on SAP TM processes and functionality
- Investigate and resolve complex SAP TM issues
- Deliver ongoing application support and system enhancements
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP TM innovation and industry developments
- Identify and recommend strategic improvements
- Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration guides, and test plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline
- At least five years of hands-on experience as an SAP TM consultant or architect
- Advanced knowledge of SAP TM capabilities, including freight orders, freight settlement, charge management, planning, and optimization
- Strong understanding of SAP TM integration with SD, MM, FI/CO, EWM, EM, and S/4HANA
- Experience delivering at least two complete SAP TM implementations, covering blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
- SAP TM certification is an important advantage
