Salesforce Technical Architect – Nuffield Health (Hybrid, UK)

Description
- Own the Salesforce CRM technology roadmap and architecture, including related customer platforms
- Design secure, scalable and integrated solutions for customer, patient and marketing services
- Guide developers, Salesforce administrators, business analysts and project teams through architecture governance
- Create solution, technical and platform architecture documentation that follows enterprise standards
- Advance platform capabilities through DevOps adoption, Salesforce Marketing Cloud expansion and broader ecosystem improvements
- Work with architects and organisational stakeholders to connect technology roadmaps with business goals and digital strategies
- Contribute to digital transformation programmes focused on customer experience, operational efficiency and organisational effectiveness
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and supporting large-scale Salesforce and customer-focused platforms
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including CRM applications and related technologies
- Track record of delivering digital transformation and modernisation programmes in complex organisations
- Solid understanding of API-led integration, cloud technologies and platform governance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
