Description
- Work with business users to design dashboards and reports that give leaders, teams, and general users clear access to data.
- Translate business reporting needs into technical dashboard and reporting specifications.
- Guide business users and technical colleagues on effective approaches to building reports and dashboards.
- Build Salesforce Einstein Analytics dataflows and lenses to meet business needs.
- Set standards and best practices for developing and deploying dataflows, lenses, and dashboards.
- Define operational and refresh standards aligned with the global data strategy.
- Provide customer-facing technical support in collaboration with Service Cloud and AI teams.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience on the Salesforce platform, focused on technical applications.
- Experience delivering projects end to end, including integrations with applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant and integration architectures.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions.
- Solid understanding of PaaS and IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure.
- Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Ability to travel internationally.
