Sales Manager, Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid)

Lead regional sales for Jacuzzi Group’s dealer network across the Greater Toronto Area, supporting spas, swim spas, saunas, and pool equipment. Grow existing accounts, acquire new dealers, provide field training, and travel throughout the region.

Description

  • Manage Jacuzzi Group’s existing dealer base to generate sales across the Greater Toronto Area
  • Allocate approximately 60% of your time to expanding current customer accounts
  • Manage territorial spending in line with established goals and budgets
  • Identify prospects in open territories, qualify businesses, and recruit new dealers
  • Dedicate approximately 40% of your time to winning new business
  • Visit dealer locations and provide training in sales, service, operations, and marketing
  • Act as the primary link between dealers and Jacuzzi to resolve issues, explain policies and procedures, and strengthen partnerships
  • Increase sales across the assigned territory while meeting monthly and annual targets
  • Sell spas, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunge tubs

Requirements

  • At least three years of regional field or outside sales experience
  • A consistent record of achieving sales targets
  • Willingness to travel 50–60% by car, including occasional overnight stays based on regional coverage needs
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and spoken communication abilities
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities with careful attention to detail
  • Experience selling through a dealer or channel network is preferred
  • Background in physical-product or high-ticket sales is preferred
  • Experience with a private equity-backed or high-growth business is preferred
