Description
- Deliver daily accounting support to e-commerce entrepreneurs through email and video calls
- Maintain customer satisfaction through clear, approachable communication
- Recognize recurring issues and strengthen the related solutions
- Partner with the Onboarding Automation team to support customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a results-focused approach centered on SMART goals
- Practical experience with DATEV is required
- Genuine interest in the digital transformation of accounting
- Able to work independently with a structured, process-oriented method
- Receptive to feedback and comfortable with digital, remote-first work
- Fluent in German and English
