Remote Spatial Data Manager

Manage CAD, CAFM, occupancy, and space allocation data for Cushman & Wakefield client environments. Oversee data standards, reporting, system administration, integrations, and space planning support.

Description

  • Create designs with computer-aided design and drafting tools
  • Organize and maintain files for as-built drawings
  • Convert existing construction drawings into CAD files
  • Coordinate CAD requirements with Project Management, Space Planning, and Move Management teams
  • Prepare space reports and analytical findings
  • Manage and report space allocation data, including business presence and archival records
  • Track space allocation data and related changes
  • Supply allocation data in line with the client’s Space Allocation Process
  • Define global standards for space naming, allocation model use, drawings, and reporting
  • Build partner relationships and help define roles and responsibilities
  • Establish governance processes and data quality reporting to support consistency across the global portfolio
  • Track implementation of the client’s space allocation model and reporting requirements
  • Act as the single point of contact and global system administrator for client space data management
  • Support integration initiatives involving CAFM systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance
  • Train users on the space data management system
  • Assess and refine recommendations for operational efficiency, service delivery, cost savings, and innovative service improvements
  • Coach space team leaders on space planning and FF&E solution development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, Data Analytics, or Occupancy Planning
  • Four to eight years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
  • Strong knowledge of drafting techniques
  • Familiarity with construction and furniture terminology
  • Advanced proficiency with CAD and CAFM
  • Knowledge of the methods and calculations used to create and analyze allocation models
  • Ability to define global standards for space naming, allocation models, drawings, and reporting
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with partners
  • Ability to establish governance and data quality reporting
  • Ability to act as the single point of contact and global system administrator for a client space data management system
  • Ability to support CAFM system integration initiatives
  • Ability to train users on a space data management system
  • Ability to assess and refine recommendations for operational efficiency and service delivery
  • Ability to coach space team leaders in space planning and FF&E solution development
