Remote Oracle Accounts Receivable Analyst
Support Oracle accounts receivable operations for Republic Services’ recycling, waste, and environmental services business. Manage billing systems, lockbox activity, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements.
Description
- Analyze complex accounts receivable issues and provide functional support.
- Evaluate receivables problems and recommend customer-focused solutions.
- Maintain accounts receivable records and resolve customer requests.
- Query and analyze historical data to monitor AR metrics.
- Identify, recommend, and implement accounts receivable process improvements.
- Coordinate billing and invoice printing through InfoPro and TRUX systems.
- Maintain month-end controls within InfoPro.
- Respond to field research requests and cash application or billing questions.
- Test and review accounts receivable requirements for databases and applications.
- Process lockbox returns, adjustments, money transfers, and customer refunds.
- Support product development, corporate departments, and related initiatives.
- Create accounts receivable training materials and job resources for field and internal teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between Accounts Receivable and third-party vendors.
- Investigate field application issues and implement system or process enhancements.
- Contribute to team projects and complete other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Experience working for a large Fortune 500 company.
- Experience processing accounts receivable across multiple divisions.
- At least five years of accounts receivable experience.
- Experience with lockbox operations or knowledge of lockbox processes.
- Experience using Oracle Accounting, InfoPro, TRUX, and SQL Viewpoint.
- At least three years in an office environment involving data entry, analysis, and reconciliation of accounting records.
- This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
- Availability to work hours aligned with Arizona (MST) business operations.
