Description

  • Identify relevant foundation, corporate, government, and institutional grant opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit grant proposals, letters of inquiry, applications, and supporting materials.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to collect research, program, impact, financial, and organizational information for applications.
  • Manage grant calendars and monitor deadlines, submissions, reporting requirements, and funding outcomes.
  • Assist with grant reporting, funder communications, and proposal revisions as needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success developing grant proposals and securing institutional funding.
  • Substantial grant writing and fundraising experience in nonprofit, healthcare, medical research, rare disease, patient advocacy, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of grant prospecting, funder research, proposal strategy, and institutional fundraising.
  • Excellent grant research, proposal writing, storytelling, editing, and communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, with the independence to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
