- Have a home office with reliable internet, a desk or dedicated workspace, and a laptop or computer.
- Background in restaurant work, sales, communication, or management.
- Prior experience in insurance or benefits.
- Experience communicating with customers by phone or video.
- Fluency in another language.
- Available to work some weekends.
