Description

  • Manage third-party relationships with delegated partners, focusing on performance standards and financial accountability
  • Proactively put appropriate business solutions into practice
  • Lead account management activities, including recurring meetings, agendas, documentation, and minutes with delegated entities
  • Prepare and distribute monthly SLA dashboards or reports, and resolve service-level performance concerns
  • Maintain ongoing communication with delegated care management leaders and relay plan requirements internally
  • Lead, monitor, or support complex projects and planning initiatives involving delegated care management entities
  • Verify that payments for delivered care management services are accurate and timely
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, performance, risk and compliance assessments, strategic vendor governance, and related processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of experience supporting or working with primary care providers
  • Account management experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Ability to present to executive-level teams at delegated entities
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship
  • Centene does not offer current or future sponsorship, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT sponsorship
