Remote FP&A Analyst – Manufacturing and Supply Chain

Description
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams on financial planning and analysis
- Act as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership
- Deliver practical insights that strengthen financial discipline
- Lead improvements that increase efficiency and business value
- Help manage the capital expenditure approval process
- Own assigned activities across revenue planning and forecasting
- Work with Marketing on recognition plans and tracking models
- Oversee spend allocation and the operational spending model
- Improve and simplify financial workflows
- Deliver automation initiatives and enhance reporting processes
- Assist with quarter-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A
- Experience supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations is preferred
- Strong analytical capability and financial modeling expertise
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record of process improvement and automation work
