Description
- Maintain Shopify product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, SKUs, variants, images, and categories
- Prepare product images by cropping and formatting them to website specifications
- Process incoming online orders and organize them for shipment
- Use ShippingEasy or comparable shipping management platforms
- Maintain product, order, and inventory records in SAP Business One
- Assist with routine administrative and customer service activities as required
Requirements
- Practical Shopify experience, including product uploads, listing updates, SKUs, variants, and images
- Practical SAP Business One experience with item setup, data entry, and basic system navigation
- Advanced Excel capability and confidence handling structured data, imports, exports, and templates
- Basic image-editing experience using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or comparable software
- Shipping software experience with platforms such as ShippingEasy or ShipStation is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow established procedures
- Located in Latin America and available full-time during US Eastern Time hours, from 9:30 to 17:30
