Description

  • Assess prospects’ and clients’ needs and recommend suitable coverage, protection, and service.
  • Build client relationships through proactive email and phone contact.
  • Generate business by binding new policies, securing expiry dates, and cross-selling and upselling personal insurance.
  • Guide clients through the claims process.
  • Review and manage policy renewals promptly to support client retention.
  • Work with colleagues and managers to improve office procedures.
  • Complete other management-assigned tasks to provide strong service to prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • A valid RIBO license is required.
  • At least two years of brokerage-based personal insurance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage.
  • Commitment to professional development, including pursuing a CAIB or CIP designation.
  • Availability for a rotating schedule with no weekend shifts.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset.
