Description

  • Manage energy consulting projects from initial customer contact through delivery of completed plans
  • Carry out on-site inspections at hotel properties
  • Assess and document buildings’ structural and technical conditions
  • Recommend practical, cost-conscious energy-efficiency measures based on analysis results
  • Support customers throughout the full consulting process
  • Present findings clearly and convincingly in written and spoken form
  • Convert technical assessments into accessible recommendations
  • Keep project delivery focused, organized, and practical

Requirements

  • A completed degree or vocational qualification in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical subjects clearly and convincingly
  • Customer-facing experience, preferably including sales responsibility in a consulting setting
  • Working knowledge of buildings, building services, and their energy-related interactions
  • An organized, self-directed, and solution-focused working style
  • Availability for on-site meetings with hotel customers across Germany
  • Experience managing energy consulting or construction projects is preferred
  • Knowledge of funding schemes and subsidies such as BEG, KfW, or BAFA is preferred
  • Experience with Envisys or similar energy consulting software is preferred
  • A strong interest in sustainability, especially within the hospitality sector, is preferred
